  Drinks are included. They have a spicy shrimp which is really good. Lots of options but most were cold. Maybe I came on a slow evening, it was a Tuesday. not sure. I was there for about 1 1/2 hours and very few items were changed. Also I only give 4 stars because they advertise crab legs which they do have but the crab legs are ice cold in the cold shrimp section. Which who the hell likes to eat cold crab legs??? Lol not me. I'll give it another try on a weekend.

  Being avid Chinese visitors, we have visited Buffets from New York to Fort Myers, FL and we've never enjoyed a Chinese Buffet better than City Buffet on MLK Blvd in Seffner, FL.
  The price is reasonable for all they offer and soft-drinks & teas are included. The first thing we noticed is that this restaurant is well maintained and extremely clean. The buffet foods vary from a full salad bar (with all the extras and dressings you'd want), to soups and typical Chinese fare, to Sushi, to a Hibachi grill where the always smiling chef grills up your choice of meal to your liking. Every time we've visited, the food has been very fresh and tasty.
  Always a great dining experience and we'd highly recommend it!

  Love the food, reasonably priced. Service a bit slow, only 2 servers on right. Yummy sushi... Nice grill where you pick your ingredients.

  Food was great staff was very helpful don't eat seafood but will bring here cause close to home and very great cost....love this place
